MY JEEP WON'T START AFTER INSERTING THE KEY AND PRESSING CLUTCH IN. IT CAN BE RUNNING AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN YOU CUT IT OFF AND THEN TRY TO RESTART IT IT WON'T START.

I hope you mean that it turns over but won'at start. Try replacing the fuel filter and hen taking choke cleaner and cleaning the throttle plate on both sides . then hook up air duc again and start it. it will be hard to start due to the choke cleaner.
