2000 Jeep CJ7

Not sure about 2000 CJ7 (last CJ7 was in '86) See my profile. CJ7 w/ 258 6cyl oil sender is located on pass. Side, low on engine nearest fire wall. It RESEMBLES a small can, with one wire going into the end (SEE your new one). Very simple. Just unscrew it CCW (lefty loosy). Install new one, really tight as you can by hand, then maybe 1 more turn w/tool. Crank, look for leaks. Tighten a little more if leaks (these are LITTLE PIPE THREADS, don't over-do-it). Reconnect your wire. Love, Turddog
