I went to turn the key and all i heard was crunch. we took the whole steering assembly apart and found a small metal piece about 2 inches long and about a quarter inch across with little cogs down the middle was broken. i dont know what to call this piece and therefore i cant order a new one.[img:e60e38486e]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/175311_S4010443_1.jpg[/img:e60e38486e]
