Jeep vacuum line problem?

I have a 96 grand charokee and the AC will only blow from the floor and defrost. It doesn't matter what I put it on, it only comes from there. I think I might have a vacuum problem but i'm not sure. If so. Where should I start looking for a broken line?

Could be, or could be a binding door in the plenum. Or the control dial.
