jeep vacuum line problem?

i have a 96 grand charokee and the AC will only blow from the floor and defrost. it doesn't matter what i put it on, it only comes from there. I think i might have a vacuum problem but i'm not sure. if so.. where should i start looking for a broken line?

Could be, or could be a binding door in the plenum...or the control dial.
