Jeep overheating

I have a 1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4, 4.0 six cylinder, 250,000 miles, and i've replaced all hoses and check my head, but it still overheats almost instantly. Any suggestions?

BUY A NEW JEEP, I owned a vehicle that had that problem constantly overheating and it drove me nuts! Even when I thought it was fixed 300 dollars later it wasnt! On dates, driving to the store all the time everytime OVERHEATED! Good luck to you bud :)
