2006 Jeep Cherokee Replasment of pads &roaters

I have a 2006 Grand Cherokee Laredo that I bought used from a Jeep dealer about six months ago. Todate, I'v had to replace the starter repair the power steering and repair the transmision all under waranty.Now i'm told that I have to replace my brake pads & roaters, plus all sixteen spark plugs. Should I have to do all thoughs repairs in sutch a short time and how mutch should it cost me.

Hi:
If the engine is running good, let it go. I was always taught not to fix thing that wern't broken. As far as the brakes, I don't know if the pads are bad. Have you seen them? Also, if you don't get a pulsation or vibration when you apply the brakes, let the rotors go unless they are below minimum specifications.
