2005 Jeep Cherokee Dashboard and menu lights flickers and A

About 2 weeks ago my A/C-heat controls would only push air out on high. Sometimes after it was on high, I could put it on a lower setting. Now, my dashboard displays and my radio display lights dim and flicker when the car is on. Especially, when my headlights are on. I have replaced the TCM last year when Jeep misdiagnosed my engine light issue Now I have to go get the electronic portion of shift control module replaced. do you think these are related?

They may be related, but have you checked the charging system to see what it is doing?
