When I start the Jeep it starts fine, but there are some things that don't come on such as the radio ,the AC compressor. the window motors, etc. In looking at the diagragms the only thing I can find that is common is the body control module. If I turn the ignition just a little after I start the car I can usually get the accessories to come on. Do you think the problem is the BCM the ignition switch or something else? Is there another relay common to those items that is seperate from the BCM?

If moving the key is helping things to work, my guess is the ignition switch.
