2004 Cherokee/ELECTRICAL?

I have a 2004 cherokee with a little over 95k miles. It runs fine however the power locks and windows have completely stopped working. I have tried playing with the fuses but nothing seems to work. Is this a major electrical failure

Hi, I just logged on to research the same thing. I have a 2004 w/ 40k and the power locks and windows just stopped working! Then my dome lights stayed stuck on until I disconnected the battery. Also no dome lights when I open driver door, however lights come on when I open the hatch. Help me out
