2003 Jeep Cherokee Ticking sound

My jeep is making a ticking sound. I noticed that also when idling sometimes the engine fan runs.

Can you describe where the sound is comming from? Is the oil full?

Its funny, i just had the oil changed a few weeks ago and it started making that noise.
