2003 Jeep Cherokee Radiator Hose Colapsing

The upper hose that is coneted to my radiator colapses. I open the radiator and it goes back to normal, but after I drive it again, I check and the hose is colapsed again. Why is this happening?

I just think that the hose has become week and needs replacement.
