That happened to me also on my 2001 Jeep G.C. It is a pretty common occurrence in Jeep's, and unfortunately its quite expensive too if you do not have a warranty left on the vehicle. The dealer will have to replace the little plastic valve that opens and closes to bring warm air into the Jeep. From what I was told it was mostly labor that was the cost, they basically have to take apart the entire front dash to get to the part to replace it. I believe it cost me about 1200 bucks!
