At 4:30 this morning my horn went off without any reason...no response to the remote or key in the door....no flashing lights related to the alarm. Car started as well, but the horn just kept blowing. Any ideas? Could this be the result of a weak battery (3yrs old)?

yes that is mostlikely the case, on some cars, the alarms go off if a battery just becomes weak. yours pretty much did the same thing
