2003 Jeep Cherokee Fuel rail leak

On the fuel rail, the dampener is dripping fuel. I understand that the rail is not a serviceable item. Should I be planning to replace the rail to solve this leaking or should I be looking at the fuel pump as the problem? Is the dampener leaking because it's worn out or is it leaking fuel because the pressure is wrong, inconsistant or something else?

Leaking due to failure, if it isnt serviceable seperatly then you will be looking at replacing the entire fuel rail
