First the driver's side door wouldn't roll up, then the rear passenger's door wouldn't roll up. Is this something I can fix at home?

Open your driver door and look down betwen the door and the car. You will see a rubber housing that houses all the wiring for that equipment. It is a hassle, but peel or push that rubber back away from the door and inspect all the wires. I just had the problem, but a ground and a power wire were broken so none of the door's windows worked. I used a couple of but spices from home depot to fix it. Good luck.

I replaced the electric windows on the rear doors on an "01 grand cherokee. It cost over $250 per window and took a few hours. On the drivers door it may take longer due to power mirrors. Look at wjjeeps. Com for door pannel removal etc.
