2003 Jeep Cherokee cooling fan module

In the past three years I have replaced the fan motor relay three times and the fan motor once. After I have the relay replaced it takes about a year before I have the problem repeat

Might be that one of these is causing the problem-Hydraulic cooilng module and the computer control of the relay
