2003 Jeep Cherokee brake lights

when I turn lights on both tail lights work fine. When I step on the brake pedal the right tail light goes out. The left tail light works fine. I have replaced bulb and socket. I also have moved bulb from side to side and problem stays on the right side.

ground wiring probably is bad or loose at that specific assembly.
