Well, I figured it out. There are 3 wires to the transducer- 5 volts, sensor ground, and sensor pressure signal. The sensor signal goes from 0 at 0 pressure to about 2.5 volts at 60 psi. I spliced into these 3 wires and ran them to a voltmeter which I kept in the car while driving. After about 15 minutes the sensor failed (as usual) and I was able to check the voltage levels. Sure enough, the sensor output was bad- another bad sensor. Now, I'm going to the Jeep dealer to do battle again and try to get another replacement. I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem.
