2002 Jeep Cherokee hot air from right side with a/c

2002 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

hey i put a heater core and a new blend door assy in this jeep and the right side is blowing hot air out but the left is cold as ice what is up? i have checked a/c charge and is ok,checked vac at all actuaters and all are ok, i have no clue what is up. i asked the dealer but got no where. ps this is a single blend door system. and the door works fine. i hope you can help. thanks

Sounds like you may have jammed or messed up the blen door on that side. Remove the actuator and see if you can manually move the door.
