2002 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

enging turns off while driving and after sitting 5-15 mins it will restart, all the gages are fine and no warning lights come on before this happens, i just replaced the battery and i also notice the recirculation feature is on while the key is in the off position when this happens

have your mechanic check the crank position sensor, this fault is very common with these jeeps. also you may want o check the throttlebody and plate, with the idle air control valve,
