I am looking at a 2002 Grand Cherokee with 93K miles. The rotors are warped and still work but need replacing. How much would a brake repair cost in Michigan?

Depends on where you take it. If done yourself, rotors today are pretty cheap, 20-50.00 dollars or so...apiece...plus pads.
A shop will run about 200.00-300.00!
