On really warm days there is water that leaks onto the floor on the passenger side when the air conditioner is on. I have noticed the smell of antifreeze also and the floormat feels oily. The "coolant is low" warning has come on a few times this summer but goes off after I add coolant. Seems that I shouldn't have to add so often? Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Sounds like a classic case of a heater core leaking.

Coolant runs into the core the is located in the firewall.
