2001 Jeep Cherokee Water damaged main switch panel for all

2001 JEEP CHEROKEE

This main switch panel was water damaged resulting in total shutdown. Opened unit and allowed it to dry out-still no response. Removed and checked all fuses under dash and in engine compartment -all OK. Can it
be a relay and if so how to check same.

Remove driver door module and check for power and ground
TAN ---------------> battery power
black ---------------> ground
no power at the Tan wire check fuse # 26 it is 20A located in the junction block behind right kick panel
if u have power and ground module no good
