How do you know if the problem is the Radiator Fan Motor or a rely. Also, what are the procedures to change out both.

What you need is a repair manual see below link if you wish to download it-checking the fan motor- direct power to it-don't come On when direct-motor is defective other stuffs will cause the fan not to come on-such as the fan relay/wiring problem/engine coolant temperature sensor and the computer fan relay controls-
