2001 Jeep Cherokee not heating jeep

The heat in my jeep is blowing but is blowing cold air. I changed the thermostat still no luck. I checked all of my fuses and they are fine, It seems to be heating inside the dash... any ideas? I really could use any help I can get.

with the engine hot feel each heater core hose are they both cold, warm, hot?

one hot one cold? one part of the hose cold then after the heater control valve if equipped hot?
