This car is seldom used, but has always been reliable. Neighbors called me to say the horn had been blowing for over 2 hours. I pulled the fuse to get it to stop. Where do I start checking for the problem?

Does this vehicle have an alarm? It could be the horn relay or the horn pad

No it does not- just the panic mode on the key fob. After checking further, we now have check engine light on and the floor mats under the driver side are all wet.
Took it to a car parts that said an accelerator sensor code came up. It is suddenly running really bad, when I put the fuse back in for the horn the engine bogs down and nearly dies. Do I have an electrical problem?? The computer was replaced at 70,000 miles under the extended warranty.

You may, but I think it might be the body control module.. Also the accelerator code must be the throttle postition sensor. Located on the throttle body. The water on the floor is possibly a busted heater core or a leak from the drain. The bogging down when you plug the horn back in is what leads me to believe that the body control module is faulty because the horn is ran ban the body control module
