2001 Jeep Cherokee Heater Fan wont work

The heater and air con. fan will not work. You fan feel cold or heat coming out, but fan not working. We have checked fuse and it is ok and we have checked the fan, and it is not froze up. What else can we check.

The fan may be free-moving but the motor may be bad. Have you checked the fan/blower motor with an A/C tester or anything like that. If you,ve checked all the correct fuses and relays and ruled them out, you probably need a new blower motor (fan-motor-housing combo). Usually right under the dashboard and easily swapped.
