2001 Jeep Cherokee fuel pump not working

I drove to work 30 miles veh set for about 2 hrs tried to start, engne fired and quit checked for fuel no fuel pressure, tried another fuel pump, pump will not cycle when turn key to start

Check fuse no.22 15amp and the Fp relay in the power distribution box
