2001 Jeep Cherokee dead battery

I rarely drive my Jeep so the battery keeps dying. If I
leave it running for 30 mins in park, will the battery
re-charge?

If the alternator is working it will recondition it but if park for a few hours or so and there's a short somewhere it will drain again-Drain Test below
