Heater problem
2001 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Both heater hoses are warm, but not hot. Engine temp in normal range (approx 185-200 deg). Plenty of coolant in overflow and at the radiator cap. Help Please ! Its getting very cold out and I need heat for my family ! Thanks to anyone who can help!

Both the heater and heater core hoses are pretty warm. What do you mean that it could be in the duct? I get air out of all the vents in all swith positions, it just blows cool to slightly warm.

Are you talking the heater core hoses are hot or radiator hoses?

Check the heater control valve if equipped, feel the in line to the heater core.
Follow the lines from it to various other junctions to see where it looses the heat, if they are all similar then the problem is in the duct work.
