Engine Cooling problem
2001 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My jeep overheats after for example I stop turn off jeep go into store or somwhere get beck in it and start it then it overheats as soon as I start it instantly.

Overheating is a boil-over. Are you losing coolant? Where applicable, does the catch bottle fill up in a hurry? A lot of vehicles will continue to heat-up for a bit after engine is killed, because there is no coolant flow and probably the radiator fan isn't running. I'm not saying you don't have an issue, but, right now, I can't be sure.

I turned the car on for awhile today and the fan never kicked on. I also did the ignition trick and got a code p0303

The code is a misfire on number three cylinder. Could be spark--fuel or other. Don't know if that would be connected to the possible overheating issue?
