2000 Jeep Cherokee truck seems to not have any power

my truck seems to loose power, its as if something is clogged or loose , i just had an oil change , and a light came on saying service required

Cant tell to much by your question but i would check the catalytic convertor they do clog up sometimes and really restrict the engine by way of the exhaust. Check this and get back to us. Curt
