2000 Grand Cherokee, I just purchased and noticed the gas piston hood supports are tired and will not hold the hood up, are they easy to replace?

Not that bad to do
they come out just pull the c lock and they pull out
the new one just pop in place
be careful the hood can be heavy make sure you have a support for it before pulling the springs out
good luck
