2000 Jeep Cherokee Steering wheel shakes when I put the bra

My steering wheel shakes real bad at times when I hit the brakes and sometimes not at all. Also is 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee parts interchangeable with 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I would begin by having the rotor run out checked to make sure they are not warped also inspect the calipers and hubs no make sure there is no exessive play.
