2000 Jeep Cherokee Lights and gages

I have a 2000 jeep cherokee. Just about all of the lights are on (seat beat, gas, abs, ect...), the gages will not work, interiors lights do not come on, windows will not roll down.... Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it?

Check to make sure there are no disconnected, broken or rusted grond straps. IF they are all good, have the body control module tested.
