2000 Jeep Cherokee brakes locked up

Brakes problem
2000 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I just replaced my rotors & pads on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee and when i put in Drive, I go nowhere even when i hit the accelerator. I did not bleed the brake line, could thatbe the reason??
