1999 Jeep Cherokee Wiper fluid will not come out

1999 Jeep Cherokee V6 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 75,000 miles

When I pull the lever to spray fluid on the windshield the fluid is not coming out. I hear the motor running but nothing comes out. If the motor is bad where is it located?

Check for clogged-up hose, especially the nipple that points to the windshield-use a fine thin wire and run it thru.
