1999 Jeep Cherokee vacuum leak around boot under dash

I have a bad vacuum leak at the boot on the brake pedal rod is there a seal I can replace or do I need to replace the power booster ? Thanks for any help

they are fairly complex and because of their critical relationship to brake performance it is best to replace with a new or rebuilt one.
