1999 Jeep Cherokee Strong vibaration when electrical fan is

When I turn on the a/c and the eletrical fan is running the "whole" vehicle shakes. It almost feels as if the vibration is coming from the front underneath the vehicle. Can u give me sum suggestions of what may be causing this?

It sounds like the engine is struggling to stay running. Does the car do this without the AC but the fan on?
