1999 Jeep Cherokee screathing fan

While my jeep heats up the heater fan in screathing. i replaced the serpintine belt already and reliezed that noise was coming from the fan on the right side, what can i do

Are you talking about the radiator cooling fans? Or the blower motor for the heat a/c? Either way if it screaches, it needs to be replaced! Bearings are worn out, and will soon sieze, or worse, catch fire...
