1999 Jeep Cherokee no compression #1

I did a compresssion test have no compression #1, #2 has 120, 3has 130, 4 has 120, 5 has 140, 6 has 140. My question is what is wrong is it a spring maybe. Any help would sure be appreciated...

Could be the valves/rings and cylinder wear-confirm it by performing a cylinder leakage test.
