1999 Jeep Cherokee lifter noise

Hobby--NO PAY I am no super expert, but I do know some stuff/ or can find outOur rigs NEVER see a mechanic, only have to's, like Front End Alignment....I do the investigation on Wife's/ Family Cyber-rig(s) and Repair, My Jeeps Are '46 and '77Piece of Cake!
