I noticed a few days ago that i had coolant peeing from underneath the Jeep. I also noticed Im leaking inside the Jeep as well on the passenger side of the Jeep in the floor board near the door side of the floor. I do know that my catalytic converter needs to be replaced but i was wandering what could be causing the leak and could that be causing me to run hot or is it the catalytic converter or possilbly both.

Hi there,

The coolant loss will be the cause of the over heating, get a cooling system pressure test done as this will help locate any external coolant leaks, if you have coolant in the cabin this will be a leaking heater core.
