1999 Jeep Cherokee front diff seal leak

I saw fluid on the inside of the right front tire. It appears to be coming from the axle shaft. What am I looking at in terms of fixing this problem? model is a 99 grand chrke

Need to find out where is the fluid coming from
I don’t think its the axle seal if its at the tire

It is not brake fluid, level & pressure are fine. I added gear oil early today, about a pint. fluid is ozing out right onto spindle which is curved and then makes it's way onto inside of right tire. Also CV boots are fine, no cracks. Thanks!!!

One tough job if its the seal require special tools
