Sir,
I have to get the switch plate off the driver door panel to inspect the door lock switch. Is this switch plate held in place by screws or fasteners from underneath or can it just be pried up with a screwdriver or other tool?

to access this, you must first remove the door trim panel . it is held on by various hidden screws and fasteners. once removed, you'll have access to the switch.
