My air conditioning compressor has gone out on my 1999 cherokee. White the car is idling the pulley is making a whingin binding sound and the freon has escaped. ( i could smell it the last time i drove it) IS there a way to fix the pulley or replace the bearing so that i do not have to go to great expense to replace or repair the air conditioning system?
