Electrical problem
1999 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

Air bag light chimes and comes on, seems more often when turnning. Also the power to the drivers door switches only work when the door is closed?Could these problems have a link? thanks Snow$dog

Doubt if they are linked.The air bag sound slike an issue with e"clockspring" which is the contact plate between the steering wheel and the lower column.Having the system scanned will give the exact code to aid in diagnosis.The door could be a bad wire in the door or body or in between that only makes good contact when door shuts
