How do I adjust the ebrake. Failed inspection because it wouldnt hold. But holds fine when "I" use it.

Hello Joshua,
Probably the best way to go about adjusting the ebrake would be refer to a repair manual, you can get one for about $20.00 at your local auto parts store (I recommend Haynes Manuals, they are based on completely tearing a car apart and rebuilding it, they also have a lot of detailed photos so you can see exactly what a part looks like)

I got the Haynes manual, but when I crawled under the jeep, I saw nothing close to what they were showing. I see where the cable comes out and splits to the rear wheels, but I don't se the "stabalizing bar and nut"
