My husband find a problem when he go to change the brake pads and the rotor at the driver side. When he go to screw the bolts in the caliper he saw that the area where the bolts screw doesn't have thread. We need to replace that part but we don't know was the name of that part that hold everything.

Sounds like a spindle or knuckle.
