My jeep's engine light just went on and the oil pressure gauge reads high. Any ideas? Can I make it to the repair shop, or should it be towed?

I’m not here to advise you if you should or shouldn’t drive the truck
but you can cycle key ON OFF three time ending with key on read in the odometer area
codes P # # # #
that will help with the check engine light
check and make sure oil level OK
you may need an oil pressure switch
